Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of AutoSetter account, integration and personal data.

1. Request deletion

You can delete your user account from AutoSetter account settings. If you cannot access the account, email nico@autosetter.live from the associated address and identify the organization and connected Instagram account where possible.

Specify whether your request concerns your user account, an organization you are authorized to represent, particular lead or conversation data, or an integration. We may request reasonable identity and authority verification.

2. Instagram disconnection

You can disconnect Instagram in AutoSetter and revoke AutoSetter permissions in Meta or Instagram. This stops future access but does not by itself constitute a request to delete data already stored.

3. How requests are handled

The action depends on the data, your authority and whether Replacing Humans, S.L. acts as controller or processor. Deleting one user does not automatically delete data controlled by an organization with other authorized users.

Where we act as controller, we will assess and respond to the request within the period required by applicable law. Where we act as processor for a customer, we will refer the request to that customer or assist it in accordance with its documented instructions and the applicable signed agreement.

Data that must be retained for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, disputes or legal holds may be restricted and kept only for the applicable purpose. Deleted data may remain temporarily in protected backup cycles until overwritten.
